Mercy Dawah Centre's Achievements

Mercy Dawah Centre is proud to have officially become a Quran distributor in Canada. We offer Qurans in various translations, including English, Spanish, French, Ukrainian, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, German, and Hindi, among others. These Qurans have been personally distributed to non-Muslims and delivered free of charge to homes across Canada, spreading the message far and wide. 

Mercy Dawah Centre has a dawah van now which distributes Qur'an in Calgary and surrounding areas.

Mercy Dawah Centre built strong relationships between new Muslims and local Masjids including Imams by organizing open houses and Masjid tours.

Mercy Dawah Centre actively participated in various community festivals as part of our dawah program including:

• African/Caribbean Festival
• Sun Festival
• Canada Day Festival
• Mardagras Festival
• Muslim Heritage Festival

 Mercy Dawah Centre has organized street dawah at various locations across Canada, including Regina, Calgary, Toronto, Edmonton, and Vancouver. 

Mercy Dawah Centre is actively giving dawah at the following campuses across Canada:

• SAIT
• University of Alberta
• University of Toronto
• University of Regina
• University of British Columbia
• University of Lethbridge

Mercy Dawah Centre proudly launched the MERCY DAWAH CENTRE APP to support individuals, especially new Muslims, begin their journey in Islam. The app features Revert Connect, which connects new Muslims with mentors, a Qibla Finder for prayer direction, Prayer Times to keep users on schedule, a comprehensive New Muslim Guide, access to the Qur'an, and the ability to request a free copy through Qur'an Request, among other helpful tools.

Mercy Dawah Centre organized Canada's Largest Revert/Non-Muslim conference in April. 

Mercy Dawah Centre hosted quarterly meet-and-greet events for revert sisters. 

Mercy Dawah Centre is proud to offer the Steps After Shahada one-on-one mentorship program for newly reverted brothers and sisters, as well as individuals progressing in their Islamic journey. These mentorship sessions are held daily from 5:30 to 6:30 PM at nearby mosques, with dedicated male and female mentors available to provide support. This program is designed to guide and nurture participants through this remarkable journey.

Mercy Dawah Centre is giving dawah at the following booths:

• University of Calgary (Monthly)
• Mount Royal University (Monthly)
• SAIT (Monthly)
• Downtown Calgary (7th Avenue) (Every Saturday)

• In September 2023, we started a Dawah booth in Cochrane, AB to assist the local Muslim community in spreading Islam and building a Masjid.
• We setup Dawah booth at Edmonton Islamic Academy in association with One Ummah on the Mohamed Hoblos's event.

Mercy Dawah Centre organized two Revert/Non-Muslim conferences in August and December. 

Mercy Dawah Centre hosted monthly meet & greet for revert sisters.

Mercy Dawah Centre has successfully organized free learning sessions for reverts, focusing on key areas following Shahada. These sessions include education and training on purification, the fiqh of salah, and spiritual growth, fostering a stronger and more knowledgeable community.
